Get the opportunity to tour one of Oregon's famous marble caves with a visit to Oregon Caves National Monument, where guided explorations of the fantastic cave present a whole different world of sights and wonders. Lasting 90 minutes and running over half a mile long, the tour is fun for all ages, though there is a minimum 42" height restriction. For even more excitement, sign up for an off-trail caving tour during the summer months, which consists of a three hour exploration of even more remote and harder to reach wonders. The monument is about 15 miles east of the town of Cave Junction, sitting only a short distance north of the California state border and outside the caves, four hiking trails let visitors see the above-ground wonders of southwest Oregon.
